LastSIM provides physical adapter products and digital setup services. Refund eligibility depends on shipping status, product condition, and activation usage.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The adapter was not shipped or remains unused in original condition
- You contact us within 5 days of purchase
- You provide the order number and email used during checkout
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- The adapter is physically damaged by misuse
- The device is incompatible with adapter usage
- The device is locked to your carrier and can not use other e-sims
- You purchased the product for a scenario not supported by your device
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems, LastSIM will:
- Verify adapter compatibility and setup logs
- Replace or troubleshoot the adapter when eligible
- Provide 24/7 technical support
Restricted Payment Methods
PayPal may not be available for certain destinations due to regional or internal PayPal restrictions.
How to Request a Refund
